Our team has deep roots in the industry, having built the very voice, data, and cloud platforms used by leading South African telecoms. We now bring this experience to enterprises and MSPs, offering turnkey network and communications solutions that give you complete control from edge to core.
Etherbridge was born out of frustration — and ambition. After years of working behind the scenes building networks, voice platforms, and data services for some of South Africa’s largest telecom providers, we saw a gap: businesses were being sold connectivity, not solutions. Legacy providers were inflexible, oversubscribed, and impersonal.
So we set out to do it differently. Etherbridge was founded by engineers who believe in clean, transparent architecture and in giving businesses real ownership of their digital future. From day one, we’ve built every part of our network with performance, security, and autonomy in mind — from redundant core routers in top-tier data centres to low-latency upstream peering and carrier-class wireless links.
What started as a specialist consulting outfit has grown into a full-service ISP and infrastructure provider — built by technical people for technically minded clients. We’re driven by relationships, not resell margins — and we’re just getting started.
